We manage the technology. You run the business.
Technology moves faster than most businesses can keep up with. Keeping up is a full-time job, and for most businesses it is a job nobody has time to hold. Peak View closes that gap: we build the technology, run the services, and report on what it is doing for you.

What we build
We do not have a fixed service menu. We have a positioning statement: we solve technology and automation problems. The offering expands to match the problem in front of us.
Selected per project from platforms we have evaluated, not a fixed list. You approve the choice, and every account is opened in your name.
| Capability | What drives the choice | Platforms we work across, among others |
|---|---|---|
| Websites and stores | How much custom logic you need, and whether you sell inventory | WordPress, Shopify, Square, Squarespace, Wix, custom builds |
| Payments | Hosted checkout, so card data never touches your site | Stripe, Shopify Payments, Square, PayPal |
| Customer sign-in | No passwords for us to hold, and two-factor inherited from the provider | Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Supabase, Firebase |
| Customer messaging | Carrier registration and consent handled before the first message goes out | Twilio, Meta, Brevo, Postmark, SendGrid |
| AI chat on your site | Cost per conversation, handoff to a human, and where the data is kept | Botpress, Voiceflow, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google |
| Automation between systems | Reliability, cost per run, and how it gets monitored | n8n, Make, Zapier, native platform automations |
| CRM, help desk, bookings | What your team already uses, and whether the API is open enough to integrate | HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Calendly, Square |
| Always on | Included with every managed site | DNS and protection, uptime monitoring, analytics, credentials vault |
Vendor fees are billed to you directly, in your name, and never bundled into ours.
Managed care
Most of what breaks a small business technology stack is neglect. Managed care is the answer to that: somebody whose job it is to watch the thing you stopped thinking about.
Managed hosting, security patching, daily backups with a quarterly restore test, and uptime monitoring every five minutes.
Domain, DNS and email records maintained, renewals tracked, and your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administered.
A support desk with a ticket number and a next-business-day acknowledgement. Break-fix is included, not billed by the hour.
One page a month: what was built, how it is performing, and what we recommend next. Leads, orders and uptime in your own analytics.
How we work
Most technology projects fail quietly. The scope drifts, the invoices grow, and nobody sees anything working until the end. We run the opposite way.
A discovery call. We restate your problem in plain words and agree what success looks like before anyone talks about tools.
Architecture, diagrams and documentation, so everyone can see what gets built before it gets built.
A short proposal: scope, fixed price, weekly timeline, and what we need from you.
A visible deliverable every week, and one sign-off per milestone.
We host it, watch it, fix it, and report on how it is performing every month.
Why founders hire us
Hosting, domain, email, CRM and the site itself. One person who knows how all of it connects.
Architecture documents, staging environments, sign-offs and monitoring, applied at small business scale.
Estimated hours times a rate, quoted and capped before we start. Scope added later is approved in writing first.
Accounts, domains, data and code stay in your name. Nothing is held hostage if you leave.
Start a project
We will tell you what we would build, what we would not, and what it costs. Discovery calls are free and take about 30 minutes.
